All communication is part of a negotiation between competing forces; between producer and recipient, intention and interpretation. Specifically, perhaps, when it comes to mass-mailing information to a large amount of different people. Hence, a common problem for many organisations. This starting point resulted in a film that portrayed three contrasting readings of the same email content.
To create awareness and trigger a discussion about the complexity of mass- and internal communication with the goal of contributing to a change of attitude, as well as the development of new communication policies and strategies.
